LeadVault runs a pay-per-call advertising operation. We collect two very different kinds of data — information from businesses who want to buy calls, and information from the consumers who respond to the ads we run. This page explains both, in plain language.
Lead Vault LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, registered at 1111 Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904. For anything on this page, reach us at jo@leadvault.us. LeadVault is the data controller for the information described here. GrowthGrid is the software platform we run the operation on; it acts as our processor.
When you send a brief or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, phone, company, the coverage you're buying, your daily capacity, and whatever you write in the message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to run an engagement if we start one. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a newsletter.
When a consumer answers one of the ads we run and calls a tracked number, our routing and call-tracking systems process the phone number, the call recording where the law permits recording, the consent captured on the landing page, the campaign that produced the call, and the answers given to the qualifying questions. This information is passed to the single buyer the call is delivered to, and to no one else.
To keep already-purchased or suppressed callers out of the audiences we advertise to, phone numbers are matched in a hashed, non-reversible form. We do not upload raw phone numbers to advertising platforms; matching is done on one-way hashes only, and suppression lists are only ever added to, never used to re-target.
This website uses only what it needs to function and to measure whether a campaign worked. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this marketing site. Landing pages used in active campaigns carry their own notices and consent controls, separate from this site.
Buyer inquiries are kept for as long as we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Consumer call data is retained only as long as needed to deliver and bill the call, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
Consumer call data goes to the one buyer that call is sold to. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers who help us run the operation — call routing, hosting, email — under contract, and only as needed. We disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jo@leadvault.us. Consumers who called through one of our campaigns can ask to be suppressed from future advertising, and we'll add them to our suppression list. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA; we honor those requests.
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, transmit it over encrypted connections, and hold it on reputable infrastructure. No system is perfect, but we treat this data as if it were our own.
If we change this policy we'll update the date below. Material changes to how we handle buyer data will be raised with you directly.
